Cyted Ltd is a UKAS-accredited ISO 15189:2022 medical laboratory (UKAS# 31731). We work with an accredited partner laboratory to support the delivery of capsule sponge-based diagnostic testing services.
Cyted Ltd specialises in the expert interpretation and reporting using digital slide images.
All services are delivered in line with ISO 15189:2022 requirements, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and clinical competence.

UK Complaint Policy
Cyted Health is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. We encourage feedback and take all complaints seriously. Complaints can be submitted via email quality@cytedhealth.com or by phone +44 1223 737 800.
Each complaint will be acknowledged within 1 business day and investigated as required. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days however some may take longer. Corrective actions will be implemented as necessary, and the complainant will be informed of the outcome. Cyted Health Inc. operates a CLIA-certified (CLIA# 11D2298210) and CAP-accredited clinical laboratory offering a next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based molecular test for the detection of Barrett’s esophagus. Test results support clinical decision-making and patient management.
All testing is performed in accordance with applicable CLIA regulations and CAP standards to ensure quality, accuracy, and clinical reliability.
